In 1990, a new greenhouse with an area of 200 m2 was built, where today there are about 600 species, forms and varieties of plants from different parts of the globe, open ground plants - about 500 species. Thanks to the work of the station staff and teachers of the Department of Botany in 1989, the station was granted the status of the Botanical Garden.
