The tomb of Panas Myrnyi is located in the Green Grove, where it was moved on August 29, 1936 from the City cemetery. In 1949, on the 100th anniversary of the writer's birth, a monument was unveiled on the grave - an obelisk made of gray granite, which contained a bas-relief of the writer and the inscription: "Panas Yakovych Rudchenko (Panas Myrnyi). 1849-1920." And below — words from his verse: "Let us, muse, sing songs And rejoice your heart, And as you want to be known, Go to rescue from trouble, From the word of the living, bury your submachine guns And go with these people."
In 1943, his wife Olexandra Mykhailivna was buried next to the writer.
