The Center for Culture and Leisure of the Poltava City Territorial Community, created in 2021 on the basis of the Poltava City House of Culture, which was once founded in 1957. TSKD is a center of culture, leisure, folk creativity, methodical and cultural and educational work of the Poltava city-territorial community; ensures the realization of citizens' right to receive cultural services, creation of necessary conditions for unregulated leisure communication, rest and entertainment, opportunities for self-realization; regulates all processes of cultural and educational activities of club institutions-branches.

The auditorium is one of the largest venues in the city of Poltava for various events.
