On the YouTube channel of the well-known Ukrainian food blogger Mykhailo Katsurin, an episode about the dishes of the Poltava Region was released. In the project, the restaurateur, together with another travel blogger Anton Ptushkin, explores the gastronomic features of different regions of Ukraine. In the next issue, the authors talked about the street food of Poltava and authentic dishes that have not been tasted before. You can view the video at the link.
