As part of the celebration of Father's Day for students of National Pedagogical University named after V.G. Korolenko conducted a tour of the places of honor for fathers-soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The purpose of this event was not only to honor our defenders and pay tribute to their courage, but also to remember their peaceful civilian life and talk about their contribution to the development of our community.
The excursion covered the key memorial places related to the life path of the soldiers. The participants had the opportunity to learn more about the feats of fathers and sons who protect our country and to express their gratitude to them
This day was also special because Yulian Matviichuk, public and political activist, military man, participant in the war in Eastern Ukraine, deputy of the Poltava City Council of the 7th convocation, who made a significant contribution to the development of our city and support of the Armed Forces, would have celebrated his 35th birthday.
