The Poltava delegation's study tour to Vinnytsia lasted for two days within of the Qualification 2030 program with the support of the Integrated Urban Development in Ukraine II project implemented by the German government company Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. On the first day, representatives of the Poltava community met with the deputies of the Vinnytsia mayor, and in the evening they went on a city tour. The second day began with a presentation to the guests of the hub "City of Contents", then everyone had the opportunity to get acquainted with the work of specialized units of the Vinnytsia City Council. It was interesting and informative to exchange experience in tourism with the Department of Marketing and Tourism of the Vinnytsia City Council, especially, to study the opening and operation of the tourist information center. This trip was practically useful, because it brought new acquaintances, cooperation agreements, fresh ideas and inspiration for the implementation of best practices in Poltava.
