On 25 September, Museum-estate of Ivan Kotlіarevskyі hosted the presentation of the VR quest "In Search of Ivan Kotliarevskyi's Treasure". The new project by Ivan Kotliarevskyi Literary Memorial Museum won the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation's "Cultural Heritage" grant programme.
The VR quest combines traditional museum activities with immersive technologies: visitors will be able to meet the ‘living’ writer, hear Natalka Poltavka, and even flip through the pages of his archive in virtual reality.
The presentation was accompanied by an artistic programme featuring actors from the Poltava Academic Music and Drama Theater named after Mykola Gogol, musicians and a bandura ensemble. Poltava has once again proven that cultural heritage can be modern and inspiring.
