The rotunda was built in 2009. The author of the project is Valerii Trehubov. The triangular arch is made in the classical style and is topped by a dome and a cross. Under the dome of the arch hangs a bell in memory of the fallen soldiers. The column in the center of the rotunda is crowned with a symbol of peace.
