Description

The Center for Culture and Leisure of the Poltava City Territorial Community, created in 2021 on the basis of the Poltava City House of Culture, which was once founded in 1957. CCL is a center of culture, leisure, folk creativity, methodical and cultural and educational work of the Poltava city-territorial community; ensures the realization of citizens' right to receive cultural services, creation of necessary conditions for unregulated leisure communication, rest and entertainment, opportunities for self-realization; regulates all processes of cultural and educational activities of club branch institutions.

As a basic institution of culture of the Poltava urban territorial community, the Central Committee includes 17 branches:

On the basis of the Center for Culture and Leisure, more than 60 groups of artistic amateurs, clubs based on interests, and sports sections work. All of them are centers of voluntary association of citizens of different strata of the population with the aim of realizing their rights to meet the cultural, social, educational, social and other needs of the community.

The auditorium is one of the largest venues in the city of Poltava for various events.
