Description

The largest national flag of Ukraine in Poltava is installed in the Heroes of Ukraine Memorial Park. Its height is 50 meters, the dimensions of the canvas are 12*8 meters. The project was implemented within the framework of the "Big Construction" state program initiated by the President of Ukraine V. Zelenskyi for the 30th anniversary of Ukraine's independence.

The Day of the State Flag of Ukraine is celebrated annually, starting from 2004, on August 23.
